James Tyson makes performances that can exist as a kind of beauty and provide a place for reflection and dialogue. He has performed and produced shows with many experimental theatre artists and groups across the world, including Gekidan Kaitaisha (Japan), Yubiwa Hotel (Japan), New York City Players (USA), Alajotas Dance Company (Nigeria), Pearson / Brookes (Wales) and Theatre Replacement (Canada).
He is also Theatre Programmer at Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff, (Wales, UK).
James Tysonは、英国ウェールズのChapter Arts Centre 劇場部門プログラマーとして、世界各地の実験演劇作家やグループと共に、対話や反省への可能性を秘めた舞台作品を制作。自身で演出・出演する作品も数多く発表している。これまで協働したアーティストに、劇団解体社、指輪ホテル、New York City Players（米国)、Alajotas Dance Company（ナイジェリア）、Pearson/Brookes（ウェールズ）、Theatre Replacement（カナダ）などがある。
